Shipping, exchanges, and returns
At Studio Baraf, each piece is made to order with care and precision. Because of this personalized approach, we do not accept returns and we process cancellations or exchanges only in the following scenarios:
Changes/ cancellations
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at sales@studiobaraf.com, within 48 (forty eight) hours of placing the order. following which Studio Baraf will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation.
The payment will be returned to you via the same mode of payment as received within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of confirmation of the cancellation by Studio Baraf's team.
Cancellations will only be accepted if your order hasn't been put in production.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges of the product(s) ordered only in the following scenario:
Defective product:
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at sales@studiobaraf.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
We will be able to exchange product(s) with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return.
Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. If you are shipping a product over INR 2,500, we urge you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once you ship the return, please email us at sales@studiobaraf.com with your name, address, order number, reason for returning the product(s), shipping agency and tracking number of the parcel. Studio Baraf will not assume responsibility for returned products lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs.
Once the return is accepted, we will re-manufacture the same product and send it to you within 18-20 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
We do not accept exchanges/ returns or offer refunds in case you have ordered an incorrect size. Our order process includes a call with our production team to confirm size details to ensure there is no mismatch.
